Cancellation policy/ No Show:
Appointments cancelled 72 hours or more prior to appointment time will have the choice to receive a refund or credit for a future appointment.
Appointments cancelled within 24 -72 hrs from appointment time will receive credit for a future appointment.
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours or less from appointment time will forfeit deposit.
Appointments cancelled within 15 minutes of payment of invoice can receive a refund.
In order to cancel or reschedule, customer must reach us us via phone/text at 786-361-2817 otherwise NO REFUNDS will be issued if customer misses/cancels appointment. Customer may reschedule appointment 1 time (at least 24 hours in advance) and payment will roll over to new appointment date/time.
An appointment will be considered a “no show” if client is over 15 minutes late and client automatically forfeits deposit.
No refunds or credits will be issued to appointments that were previously rescheduled (even with 24 hrs notice).
Mobile appointments: 15 min grace period. If you are not at your home/hotel at the time of your appointment we will wait for you for 15 minutes, after that, we will leave and our standard cancellation policy/no show policy will apply (No refunds).
